All purchases made through the Youth Education website and the Youth Paper Generation 1 to 12 mobile applications are final, binding, and non-refundable.

Purchases processed through Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or third-party payment providers are governed by their billing systems.
Youth Education does not initiate refunds and does not have authority to override platform decisions. Any request submitted to a platform is handled entirely at their discretion.
We do not guarantee that any platform will approve a refund.
Attempting to obtain a refund through false claims, chargebacks, or payment disputes after agreeing to this policy may result in:
We reserve the right to defend all transactions as valid and authorized.
If a refund is explicitly required under applicable consumer protection law and cannot legally be waived, we will comply strictly with the minimum obligation required by law.
Outside of such legally mandatory situations, no refunds will be issued.
